CONSULTATION

Consultation & Discovery

We listen first. We design for how you actually work.

Every great AV project starts with understanding three things: your people, your space, and your daily workflow.

Before we talk about screens, speakers, or brands, we sit down with your team to understand what you need this space to do. Whether you are building a new office, upgrading a boardroom, or fixing a room that nobody likes using, our job in the consultation stage is to make sure we build the right solution the first time.

Let’s explore what’s possible for your space.

Answer a few quick questions to help us understand your vision. No commitment—just a simple starting point to help our sales team guide you toward the right setup.

What Happens During Consultation?

1: Objective & Operational Walkthrough

We sit down with your key decision-makers, facility managers, or IT leads to define the exact purpose of your space before choosing any hardware.

  • What is the primary function of the space? (e.g., corporate collaboration, high-impact video walls for retail/venues, digital signage, automated control systems, or training spaces)

  • How will your people interact with the technology? (e.g., hands-off automated displays, interactive touchscreens, wireless content sharing, or dedicated AV control panels)

  • What are the current operational bottlenecks? (e.g., outdated hardware, complex user controls, unreliable audio coverage, or poor visibility)

2. The Space & Room Assessment

We look closely at the physical environment to catch technical challenges early.

  • Acoustics & Sound: Is there echo, glass reflections, or noisy HVAC vents?

  • Lighting & Sightlines: Is there natural glare from windows? Can everyone in the room see the screen comfortably?

  • Power & Cabling: Where are your existing wall jacks, conduits, and floor boxes?

3. Technology & Network Alignment

We ensure our recommendations work smoothly with your existing IT network and security standards, so your IT department never has to worry about compatibility issues.

What You Get at the End of Consultation

By the end of this phase, you will have total clarity on the plan before any money is spent on hardware or installation. We provide you with an AV Consultation Summary, which includes:

  • Clear Scope of Work: A explanation of how the room will function.

  • Initial Concept & Room Layout: A rough visual blueprint of where screens, microphones, and speakers will go.

  • Budget Estimate: A clear breakdown of costs so you can plan your budget with zero surprises.
